On July 30, Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, signed a decision on accepting and appointing civil servants to leadership and management positions for Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province.

According to the decision, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan was accepted and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province, with a term of appointment of 5 years, starting from August 1, 2024.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan, 47 years old, is from Dam Rong district, Lam Dong province. Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan has a PhD in Folklore, a BA in Literature Pedagogy, and a degree in Advanced Political Theory.

During her career, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan has held many different positions and titles.

Specifically, in the period 1999-2002, Ms. Xuan taught at the University Preparatory Department, Tay Nguyen University; taught at Cao Ba Quat Secondary and High School, Buon Ma Thuot City.

During the period 2002-2007, Ms. Xuan was a specialist at the Secondary Education Department, Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province.

During the period 2007-2010, Ms. Xuan was a specialist in the Organization and Personnel Department, Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province.

During the period 2010-2013, Ms. Xuan was Vice Principal of Dak Lak Preschool Teacher Training College.

During the period 2013-2016, Ms. Xuan was the Party Cell Secretary and Principal of Dak Lak Preschool Teacher Training College. In July 2016, Ms. Xuan was a National Assembly Delegate of the 14th term.

During the 2016-2021 period, Ms. Xuan was Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province and Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Education and Training of Dak Lak province; Member of the Executive Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training for the 2015-2020 term.

From March 2021 to July 2021, Ms. Xuan was a member of the Executive Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Buon Ho Town Party Committee.

From July 2021 to present, Ms. Xuan is a member of the 15th National Assembly, member of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council, and Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province.
