On September 23, the leader of the People's Committee of Cao Xa commune, Lam Thao district, said that the locality had just discovered a landslide on the left side of Lam Hac dike near the foot of Lam Hac bridge in zone 7, Cao Xa commune.

The landslide is located near the foot of Lam Hac bridge.

The landslide is about 20m long, the crack is about 80cm wide, many iron stakes blocking the road corridor also slid off the dike surface.

The initial cause was determined to be the impact of storm No. 3 with heavy rain causing loose soil, leading to landslides.

Cao Xa Commune People's Committee has hung warning signs and stretched ropes to cordon off the landslide area.

Many iron posts blocking the road corridor also slid off the dike surface.

Immediately after discovering the landslide site, Cao Xa Commune People's Committee conducted an inspection and reported to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Phu Tho Road Joint Stock Company and relevant agencies to take measures to remedy and handle the incident.

In the immediate future, the People's Committee of Cao Xa commune has posted warning signs of dangerous landslide areas and cordoned off the landslide area to ensure safety for people and vehicles participating in traffic.
