Passenger cars with 16 seats or more traveling on Hoang Hoa Tham Street (in the direction and section from Mai Xuan Thuong Street to Ngoc Ha Street) and on Ngoc Ha Street (in the direction and section from Hoang 2 Hoa Tham Street to Le Hong Phong) go in the direction of Mai Xuan Thuong - Hoang Hoa Tham - Hung Vuong - Hoang Van Thu - Doc Lap - Chu Van An - Le Hong Phong - Ngoc Ha - Hoang Hoa Tham.

On Ngoc Ha street, cars are prohibited from 6:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (buses and armed forces vehicles are allowed to operate) in the direction from Hoang Hoa Tham street to Le Hong Phong.

Prohibit cars with more than 16 seats from making U-turns at the Ngoc Ha - Le Hong Phong intersection.

The pilot implementation period starts from March 29 to August 29, 2025.

The routes that restrict vehicles with more than 16 seats include the Hang Giay - Dong Xuan - Hang Duong - Hang Ngang - Hang Dao - Dinh Tien Hoang axis; the Hang Dau - Tran Nhat Duat - Nguyen Huu Huan axis back into the Hanoi Old Quarter and the streets of Ly Quoc Su, Nha Tho, Nha Chung, Quang Trung (section from Trang Thi to Nha Chung), Au Trieu, Bao Khanh, Hang Trong, Hang Hanh alley, Bao Khanh alley.
