Former US intelligence officer David Grusch testifies about UFOs in July
The Daily Mail on November 29 quoted informed sources as saying that US spies had collected at least 9 alien flying saucers, including 2 that were "completely intact".
Accordingly, the main role in the collection is played by the Office of Global Access (OGA) of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), established in 2003.
"There are at least nine of them, each in its own unique situation. Depending on their physical condition, they would have suffered significant damage if they had fallen. Two were completely intact," a source said.
The CIA has a system to detect unidentified flying objects (UFOs) "while they remain concealed," allowing US special forces to pick up if "non-human devices" land, crash or are shot down.

Another anonymous source described the OGA’s role as “basically a facilitator” for US special forces to access areas they would not normally be allowed to access. A second source said the force was “very smart in being able to go anywhere in the world they want to go.”
Most of OGA's operations involve stray nuclear weapons, downed satellites, or enemy technology, but some missions involve recovering UFOs. "The current mission is simply control and secrecy. The actual recovery is done by the military," one source said.
OGA is also said to coordinate with Delta Force or SEALs under the US Joint Operations Command (JSOC) or Nuclear Emergency Support Team (NEST), to collect alien flying devices.
Responding to a request for comment, JSOC said “we have nothing to provide you on this matter.” A NEST spokesperson confirmed that the agency’s officers “frequently encounter unidentified material,” but had never encountered anything UFO-related.
In July, after several people testified about the US Congress's UFO collection program, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer sponsored a bill that would force the government to disclose "collected technologies of unknown origin and biological evidence of non-human intelligence."
