Hanoi's appearance is increasingly prosperous

Talking to Kinh te & Do thi Newspaper, Chairwoman of Cau Giay District Former Youth Volunteers Association Le Thi Hoi commented that in recent times, the appearance of the capital has been increasingly prosperous, with many changes, greener, cleaner, more beautiful; more spacious, civilized, and modern. "For example, in Cau Giay District, Dich Vong Hau Ward where I live, traffic roads and infrastructure are increasingly invested and developed. Hopefully, in the coming time, Hanoi will continue to develop the capital more comprehensively, step by step modernizing" - Chairwoman of Cau Giay District Former Youth Volunteers Association believes.

Ms. Le Thi Hoi was born in 1953, her hometown is Dich Vong commune, Tu Liem district, now Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district. 52 years ago, in July 1972, following the call of the Fatherland, she and more than 100 women from Tu Liem district joined the Youth Volunteer Force to fight against the US and save the country, belonging to Company C2653-N265, Hanoi General Team. Under the rain of bombs and bullets, the female Youth Volunteers still steadfastly completed their missions well...

In 1967, Mr. Pham Dinh An (Hang Dao ward, Hoan Kiem district) joined the Hanoi N51 Youth Volunteer Team to fight against the US and save the country. “The biggest change that everyone notices when coming to the capital is the increasingly synchronous and modern investment in traffic infrastructure. Roads are being designed and built, creating a spacious appearance. Hanoi is developing rapidly, expanding roads, and many changes in infrastructure, making us extremely honored and proud to witness the changes in the capital” – former Youth Volunteer Pham Dinh An shared.
