Candidates can pay by themselves using their own bank account/e-wallet account (if any) or ask a relative to pay on their behalf on the candidate's payment interface.
Candidates should note that they must only pay the 2023 university admission fee on the Ministry of Education and Training's admission system, not on any other payment channel.
In case candidates do not see the "Payment" button at the application registration interface, it means that the time is not within the payment fee payment period or is being temporarily hidden to prevent congestion in the payment system.
The online payment process depends on connecting many systems, so candidates may encounter system congestion. In that case, candidates should not try to access again immediately, wait about 30 minutes and then do it again.

Here are 5 important steps to pay the 2023 university admission fee:
Step 1: Candidates log in to the system via the link: https://thisinh.thithptquocgia.edu.vn/
Step 2: On the main screen, click on "Register for admission information" . The screen will display the candidate's registration information.
Step 3: Click on "View list of registered wishes" .
Step 4: To make payment of the amount equivalent to the number of registered admission wishes, candidates click the "Payment" button.
Step 5: After clicking on payment, the system will display 17 payment channels and the amount the candidate needs to pay in the Payment Value section. Candidates choose one of the 17 payment channels to make payment. After completing the operations on the payment channel, the system will automatically return to the original page.
Candidates should note that after payment, the system will require you to log in again to check the status of your application. When the application shows the status "Recorded application - application has been paid" - it means that the candidate has completed the payment process.
In particular, candidates should take a screenshot of the successful payment notification to use as a basis for future comparison if any problems occur.
