On the morning of October 21, at Thuan Thanh Hotel (Ninh Khanh Ward, Ninh Binh City), the Department of Tourism in collaboration with Hanoi College of Tourism organized the opening ceremony of a culinary training course for 30 students from service businesses in the province.

Ninh Binh is known as a place with both beautiful natural scenery and great potential for developing culinary tourism. To promote advantages, build a team of professionals in the tourism service business, provide a diverse menu in quantity, sophisticated in processing methods, professional training and development activities need to take place regularly and continuously.

In this training course, students will acquire professional knowledge about food processing techniques according to regional and national characteristics; how to present and decorate dishes, how to build a menu, table service skills, factors to ensure food hygiene and safety requirements... At the same time, they will study and exchange culinary experiences between restaurants and hotels to meet the needs of all types of tourists.

Through the training course, we aim to build unique culinary tourism products rich in cultural identity; focusing on providing attractive, high-quality dining experiences, helping tourists satisfy their culinary exploration needs, prolong their stay, increase spending, and increase revenue.

The training course takes place over 2 days (October 21-22), and students will receive a certificate upon completion of the sessions.
