National Central Reporters Conference April 2025

On April 15, in Hanoi City, the Central Propaganda and Education Commission (CPEEC) chaired and coordinated with the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security to organize the National Conference of Central Reporters for April 2025.

Comrade Lai Xuan Mon, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Party Committee for Public Security; Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security chaired the Conference. Delegates from Dong Thap province attended with comrade Nguyen Van Dinh, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee for Public Security as Head of the delegation, along with representatives of specialized departments.

Delegates watched a documentary about the tradition of the People's Public Security Forces; a documentary about the tradition of the Vietnam People's Navy. Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Binh Ban - former Director of the Institute of Public Security History presented the topic "80 years of building, fighting, and growing of the People's Public Security Forces, 20 years of the National Day for National Security Protection" and commemorative activities. The topic "Recent situation of seas and islands; Vietnam's policies and solutions in the coming time" was presented by Colonel Le Van Huong, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Navy.

Orienting propaganda work in the coming time, comrade Lai Xuan Mon, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, requested the Propaganda and Education Commissions of provincial, municipal, and central-level Party Committees, central-level socio-political organizations, and reporters at all levels nationwide to focus on informing and propagating the commemoration of major holidays and important historical events of the country, especially the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025); 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Tradition Day; 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection; 70th anniversary of the tradition of the Vietnam People's Navy; 71st anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory Day; 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025)...

Propaganda on the direction and organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Propaganda on the work of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system, contributing to consolidating the consensus and support of the people for the revolution of streamlining the apparatus of the political system. Propaganda on the results of the 11th Central Conference of the 13th tenure; the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly. In particular, emphasizing the achievements and bright spots in the multi-faceted cooperation relationship in recent times in all fields of politics, diplomacy, defense - security, economy, trade, investment, and people-to-people exchange.

Propagating the new tariff policy of the United States, including timely, complete and profound propaganda on the Party and State's guidelines and policies on international integration; the close and timely leadership and direction of the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the General Secretary and key leaders; proactive, flexible and effective response measures and solutions of the Government, the Prime Minister and ministries and branches to the new tariff policy of the United States and other countries in the world... contributing to raising awareness, strengthening trust and peace of mind among cadres and party members, especially the business community, entrepreneurs and investors.
