On December 19, in Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province, a delegation of the Naval Region 5 Command led by Colonel Trinh Xuan Tung, Commander of the Region, offered flowers and incense at the Fist Monument to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day.
In a solemn and emotional atmosphere, the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate the heroes and martyrs and expressed their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of previous generations who bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the happiness of the people.
