In addition, at the 2024 National Vocational Education Teaching Conference, lectures applied modern integrated methods, applied information technology and digital transformation, and changed pedagogical thinking to improve teaching quality.
According to the head of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, these improvements have created a strong driving force, promoting the emulation movement of good teaching and good learning in universities and vocational training institutions across the country.

In particular, universities and vocational training institutions need to promote the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence in training high-quality human resources, serving strategic areas such as semiconductor industry, biotechnology and green energy, thereby contributing to improving national competitiveness in the new context.
At the end of the letter, the Minister expressed his confidence that teachers will continue to promote their achievements, always be proactive, creative, innovative in teaching and maintain the passion for their profession.
"The dedication and efforts of teachers not only meet expectations but also deserve the trust and respect of the whole society," Minister Dao Ngoc Dung said.
