Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang visits Quang Tri Provincial Police

On the occasion of the visit and work of General Secretary and President To Lam in Quang Tri, this afternoon, October 16, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security, Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang visited and encouraged the collective leadership, officers and soldiers of Quang Tri Provincial Public Security.

Welcoming Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung; Director of the Provincial Police, Colonel Nguyen Duc Hai; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien.

Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang offered incense and flowers at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House at the Quang Tri Provincial Police Headquarters. This is a project that the unit will complete in 2024 to express respect and gratitude to beloved Uncle Ho and is also the "red address" of the Quang Tri Provincial Police force to organize political activities, historical education, and traditions. After the incense offering ceremony, Minister Luong Tam Quang planted a souvenir tree in the premises of the Provincial Police Headquarters.

Visiting and encouraging officers and soldiers of Quang Tri Provincial Police, Minister Luong Tam Quang hoped that in the coming time, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, serving the people; focusing on building an increasingly disciplined, elite, and modern local police force, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Strive to complete the targets and tasks set out in 2024, ensure political security, social order and safety, serve the socio-economic development tasks of the locality, and contribute to the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.
