Adding 151 career positions in education and training in 2024

(QNO) - The Provincial People's Council (10th tenure) unanimously decided to officially assign the 2024 payroll with the provisional number assigned in Resolution No. 48 dated December 8, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council at the recent 19th Session.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Council decided to assign 3,126 civil servant positions in agencies, units and localities in the province; 27,698 public employees receiving salaries from the state budget in public service units and provincial-level mass organizations assigned by the Party and State; 142 positions in education and training for the 2022-2023 school year.

At the same time, allocate 151 additional education and training career positions for the 2023-2024 school year assigned by the Central Government in Decision No. 2397-QD/BTCTW dated December 6, 2023 to the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committees at the district level.

Agreeing with the submission of the Provincial People's Committee on the 2024 staffing plan and through the examination of the actual management and use of staffing in 2023 by the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council, along with legal regulations, policies and instructions on the use of staffing, the Provincial People's Council proposed that the Provincial People's Committee continue to direct agencies, units and localities to review and complete the Job Position Project to submit to competent authorities for consideration and approval; ensuring substance and effectiveness, linking staff streamlining with restructuring the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees, meeting the requirements of staffing management, serving as a basis for implementing the new salary regime in the coming time.

At the same time, synthesize and propose to regulate the number of civil servants and public employees between agencies, units, and localities, and reserve staff within the total assigned staff in accordance with actual work requirements to ensure human resources to perform tasks associated with the roadmap for streamlining staff and arranging administrative units to submit to competent authorities for consideration and decision.
