In 2025, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province assigned 3,096 civil servant positions and 29,997 public employee positions.

Regarding civil servant positions, the Provincial People's Committee assigned a total of 3,096 positions (a reduction of 30 positions compared to 2024); of which, 21 provincial-level agencies were assigned 1,393 positions, and the District People's Committees were assigned 1,703 positions.

For the staffing of public service units that have not yet self-financed regular expenses, and mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned a total of 29,997 positions.

Of which, 27,661 positions receive salaries from the state budget (a decrease of 37 positions compared to 2024); 2,309 positions receive salaries from career revenue sources.

Specifically, specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee are assigned 8,356 positions; units directly under the province: 292 positions; provincial associations: 90 positions; public service units and mass associations assigned by the Party and State at the district level: 21,204 positions.

In addition to the above-mentioned staffing numbers, in Decision No. 3058, the Provincial People's Committee assigned to supplement the staffing numbers of civil servants in publiceducation and training units with 142 staffing numbers for the 2022-2023 school year and 151 staffing numbers for the 2023-2024 school year.
