(QNO) - This morning, December 29, at the 19th Session, the Provincial People's Council announced the results of the vote of confidence for 28 people holding positions elected by the Provincial People's Council according to Regulation No. 96-QD/TW dated February 2, 2023 of the Politburo, Resolution No. 96/2023/QH15 dated June 23, 2023 of the National Assembly and guiding documents of the Central Government.

The vote counting results announced at the meeting this morning showed that (50 ballots issued and collected were all valid), in the Provincial People's Council bloc, Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council received 46 high confidence votes (accounting for 92%), 3 confidence votes (accounting for 6%), 1 low confidence vote (accounting for 2% of the total votes collected). Mr. Tran Xuan Vinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council received 44 high confidence votes (accounting for 88%), 5 confidence votes (accounting for 10%), 1 low confidence vote (accounting for 2% of the total votes collected).

Meanwhile, in the government sector, Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received 27 high confidence votes (accounting for 54%), 21 confidence votes (accounting for 42%), 2 low confidence votes (accounting for 4% of the total votes received). Mr. Ho Quang Buu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received 31 high confidence votes (accounting for 62%), 19 confidence votes (accounting for 38%), 0 low confidence votes (accounting for 0% of the total votes received).

Mr. Nguyen Hong Quang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received 10 high confidence votes (accounting for 20%), 36 confidence votes (accounting for 72%), 4 low confidence votes (accounting for 8% of the votes received). Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received 32 high confidence votes (accounting for 64%), 15 confidence votes (accounting for 30%), 3 low confidence votes (accounting for 6% of the votes received).

Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Phan Viet Cuong affirmed that the organization of the vote of confidence for those holding positions elected by the Provincial People's Council was carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 96 dated February 2, 2023 of the Politburo, Resolution No. 96 dated June 23, 2023 of the 15th National Assembly and guiding documents of the Central Government.
