The Standing Committee of the Provincial Elderly Association mobilized sources from sponsors with a total amount of 270 million VND to give to 520 poor and disadvantaged elderly people, and presented a charity house in Duc Linh district, with an amount of 50 million VND. Thien Tam Fund donated 100 gifts worth 60 million VND (each gift worth 600,000 VND) to poor and disadvantaged elderly people in Ham Thuan Nam, Phu Quy, Ham Tan, Lagi and Phan Thiet districts; Vietinbank sourced 50,000,000 VND at 5 units: Tanh Linh, Duc Linh, Lagi, Ham Tan, Ham Thuan Nam, each gift worth 500,000 VND.

The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee supported and gave 60 cash gifts worth 30 million VND to poor and disadvantaged elderly members in Tuy Phong, Tanh Linh and Duc Linh districts (each cash gift worth 500,000 VND); Viet Phu Construction Trading Company Limited donated 60 gifts worth 30 million VND to poor and disadvantaged elderly members in Phan Son and Phan Tien communes, Bac Binh district.

The Elderly Associations at all levels in the province have mobilized VND 4 billion 214.45 million to visit and give gifts to 14,060 members and elderly people from poor households and those in difficult circumstances.
