Join the movement to popularize digital knowledge

According to the leader of the Ministry of Public Security at the launching ceremony of the movement and the launch of the Digital Popular Education Platform (afternoon of March 26), as the standing agency of the Project "Developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030" (Project 06), the Ministry of Public Security has presided over and closely coordinated with Hanoi University of Science and Technology, together with ministries, branches and localities to organize the construction, completion and operation of the Digital Popular Education Platform - a national training platform managed and operated by the Ministry of Public Security and Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

The platform can accommodate 400,000 simultaneous learners, with 3,000 courses, allowing the creation of individual learning programs. The platform integrates learning tracking tools, assesses the level of seriousness, AI-supervised testing features, supports the management and training process, from registration to assessment and certification.

During the implementation process, the program initially recorded results in popularizing digital knowledge. In particular, the platform has provided training for more than 200,000 students who are civil servants, public employees, workers, and armed forces in 50 localities with two topics: Digital Transformation and Digital Space Security. The platform is expected to be put into operation nationwide from April 1, expected to help reduce 80% of training and coaching costs compared to traditional methods.

A representative of the Ministry of Public Security said that the Ministry of Education and Training will also coordinate research and develop a curriculum to disseminate basic knowledge about digital transformation to the entire population, ensuring rich, easy-to-understand, accessible content, suitable for each user group, each region, industry, and field. In the coming time, the Ministry of Public Security will coordinate with the Ministry of Science and Technology to issue technical standards for connecting with other digital platforms to effectively serve the national digital transformation.

Strongly promote the role of Community Technology Team

According to First Secretary of the Central Youth Union Bui Quang Huy, implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, with the spirit of youth's initiative and creativity, the Central Youth Union Secretariat, Youth Union chapters at all levels and youth union members nationwide are committed to widely and effectively deploying this movement to Youth Union chapters at all levels across the country.

In particular, focusing on a number of solutions and tasks, such as: Widely and strongly deploying the Digital Popularization Movement for Youth throughout the Union, forming the habit of applying digital transformation in all learning, research and living activities of youth and children... In addition, focusing on promoting digital transformation, applying science, technology, innovation in the system of Youth Union and Team organizations in digital transformation, processing work records in the network environment. Standardizing data of union members nationwide, ensuring that digital information is "correct, sufficient, clean, alive", integrating with national population data to enrich the shared data system of the whole country.

At the same time, incorporate the content of the movement into typical activities of the Youth Union. Establish and strongly promote the role of the Community Technology Group in supporting people to use online public services, participate in the digital economy using safe and effective digital platforms and services. Organize Digital Literacy classes to disseminate knowledge and technology skills to people in many forms, both in person and online. Launch competitions and awards to stimulate the creativity of young people in applying digital technology to solve community problems...

Each party member, cadre and civil servant must be a pioneer and exemplary in implementing the movement, creating a strong change in awareness and action; transforming the process of learning, training and applying digital knowledge and skills into the personal needs of each person; promoting the reduction of training and coaching costs; aiming for complete free provision for the disadvantaged, remote areas, border areas and islands. The spirit is "going to every alley, to every house, guiding every person" and with the motto "Fast deployment - Wide connection - Smart application".
