Regarding the "huge" illegally built villa on Quan Lo - Phung Hiep route (Tan Thanh commune, Ca Mau city, Ca Mau province), on January 27, according to a source from Dan Tri reporter, the People's Committee of Ca Mau city decided to amend and supplement part of the decision to impose an administrative penalty on Mr. Ho An Tap, the owner of the villa.
According to the decision, the People's Committee of Ca Mau City has revised and supplemented the remedial measures.

Specifically, the city government is required to maintain the land use status as it was at the time the violation was discovered (ie the time the villa was built). The villa owner must also carry out land procedures according to regulations for the area of more than 2,261 square meters.
Meanwhile, the previous penalty was to force the restoration of the land to its original condition (ie, demolish all constructions) before the violation.
After this amendment decision, most of the construction of Mr. T's villa was kept intact because it was located in an area suitable for the land use plan, and was allowed to change its purpose to rural residential land.
As Dan Tri reported, Mr. HAT's villa was discovered to be illegally built by authorities around December 2022. The project was built on 2 plots of land with a total area of over 3,000 square meters, adjacent to the Quan Lo - Phung Hiep route.
Through review, the entire construction area of the above project is planned as aquaculture land, not eligible to change the land use purpose from aquaculture land to rural residential land because it is not consistent with the construction planning.
Previously, the owner posted a picture of this villa on Facebook and many people commented that this is the "most beautiful villa in Ca Mau".
