Turn the 10th Congress theme into reality

The 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front took place over 3 days, October 16, 17 and 18, at the National Convention Center (Hanoi).

The Congress was attended by 1,052 official delegates, representing all walks of life in the country and overseas Vietnamese; more than 300 new guest delegates.

The success of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term created new momentum and motivation for a prosperous term with many achievements. Delegates promoted a sense of responsibility and expectations for the new term of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development".

Sharing with Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Mau Banh said that this is the second time he has attended the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. The first time he attended as Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Former Teachers, this time he attended the Congress as a member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. "Compared to the previous time, this Congress has been prepared very carefully and grandly with a large number of delegates, including all religious groups, dignitaries, political and social organizations," said Prof. Dr. Nguyen Mau Banh.

According to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Mau Banh, our country is entering a development phase with high goals towards the 100th anniversary of the Party's founding (2030) and the 100th anniversary of the country's founding (2045). The two goals represent the aspirations and will of the entire Party and people to build a peaceful, stable and prosperous Vietnam. In order to achieve this, the role of the Front is very important in mobilizing all organizations and members in society to strive to achieve the goals set by the Party and the State. Therefore, the tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new term are very heavy.

"As a member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, I have contributed my opinions to the draft Congress. This Congress is not only an opportunity to directly contribute opinions, but also an opportunity to consider and listen to how my opinions are received by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. I hope that, after this Congress, in the new term, we will continue to better implement Uncle Ho's teachings: "Unity, unity, great unity/Success, success, great success", Prof. Dr. Nguyen Mau Banh shared.

Expecting many new factors, creating strength in Front work

According to Mr. Nguyen Sy Truong, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, this Congress has many innovations, from organization to construction. With the spirit of solidarity, democracy, innovation, creativity and development, he expects the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to have many new elements, creating strength in leading the work of the Front in the new term.

Mr. Nguyen Sy Truong said that the contents and working programs at the Congress contributed to promoting the development of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels as well as promoting the tradition of great national unity to continue building our country to be more and more prosperous and happy, strongly promoting the potential of the people. In the coming time, the Front will continue to fulfill its role of caring for the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people, creating consensus among the people in building an increasingly clean and strong Party and government.

According to Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Chi, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Ladoda Leather Products Production, Service and Trading Joint Stock Company, the theme of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development" which is very suitable for the current digital transformation era. This is the third time I have attended the Congress. In the last term, the strength of national solidarity was clearly demonstrated. In which, the Front always accompanies the development of enterprises.

Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Chi also hopes that in this term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front will further promote and deepen its functions of social supervision and criticism; have many innovations and innovations, promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous and beautiful country.

Promote the power of youth

Sharing with Dai Doan Ket, Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh, Vice President of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in Japan (VUAJ), President of the Vietnamese Association in Fukuoka, Principal of GAG Japanese Language Academy in Japan said that he was very honored to represent the young generation in Japan to attend the Congress, but was also worried, not knowing what actions he would need to take to contribute to the country.
