Delegate Nguyen Van De, Chairman of the Vietnam Private Hospital Association: Improving the capacity for social supervision and criticism. Taking the practical experience of the Vietnam Private Hospital Association as an example, Mr. Nguyen Van De raised two issues that can be considered initial lessons for the Vietnam Private Hospital Association in the process of participating in social supervision and criticism. Firstly, the content of criticism and suggestions for policy development must come from practice, closely follow practice for effective application in practice. Secondly, promote responsibility and constructiveness in policy development and social criticism, be persistent, persistent, monitor, listen, and gather opinions of members, especially in speaking up to protect the rights and legitimate interests of members. Accordingly, policy criticism can easily cause conflicts of interest between parties, so appropriate methods are needed. Do not speak to "cause a storm" in public opinion or "stir up" the conference, but speak with scientific and practical basis, in a constructive spirit. Delegate Vo Thi Minh Sinh, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province. Speaking at the discussion session, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, said that as a "bridge" between the Party, the State and the People, the Fatherland Front sees more clearly its pioneering mission in the digital transformation. Nghe An clearly recognizes that digital transformation is an inevitable solution to innovate content and methods, improve the quality and efficiency of the Front's operations, and overcome the state of administrativeization. Nghe An has begun this journey with a pioneering mindset, determined to bring the Front closer to the people, with the motto "Focusing on the grassroots, listening to the people's voices, acting for the people" and taking Resolution No. 52-NQ/TW of the Politburo as a guideline, with the goal of "Basically completing digital transformation" by 2025.
