BIDV launches 170,000 billion VND loan package with attractive interest rates for individual customers

Recently, BIDV has launched many loan packages with attractive interest rates and flexible terms for individual customers to meet their consumer loan needs and serve production and business, from now until December 31, 2023.

Medium and long-term preferential loan package of 100,000 billion VND

BIDV has launched a medium and long-term credit package worth VND100,000 billion with interest rates starting at only 9.5% per year for individual customers to borrow for consumption purposes, car purchases or business production loans.

BIDV Home application is a real estate loan application developed by BIDV.

Accordingly, customers who pay their salary through an account opened at BIDV or customers who register for a loan and successfully disburse via the BIDV Home application will receive a loan interest rate of only 9.5%/year in the first 12 months from the time of first disbursement or only 10%/year in the first 18 months from the time of first disbursement (actual interest rates apply to each BIDV branch in each locality).

In addition, individual customers borrowing capital from BIDV to buy houses at Vinhomes Projects will be able to borrow capital with interest rates from only 9%/year.

Individual customers borrowing medium and long-term capital for production and business activities, real housing needs, car loans, and consumer loans secured by real estate that satisfy BIDV's relevant conditions are all eligible for preferential interest rates in this program.

Short-term preferential loan package of 70,000 billion VND

In order to meet the capital needs for customers' production and business purposes in 2023 with terms of less than 12 months, BIDV has launched a new production and business loan package with a scale of up to 70,000 billion VND, interest rates from only 7%/year including:

20,000 billion VND loan package for production and business uniforms in the "green sector"

With the desire to accompany, support and encourage businesses in the green sector to develop sustainably, the program applies to BIDV individual customers who need to borrow capital in the agricultural and rural sectors and meet one of the following conditions:

+ Have domestic or international certificates of good agricultural, livestock and aquaculture practices (VIETGAHP, VIETGAP, GLOBALGAP, BAP)

+ Has domestic or international food safety supply chain standard certificates (VIETGAP, GLOBALGAP, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, SQF)

+ Has a certificate of good domestic or international seafood processing practices (VIETGAP, GLOBALGAP, SQF, ASC, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)

+ National standards on organic farming and livestock farming (TCVN 11041:2017)

+ National standard on environmental management system 14001

+ Vietnam Ecolabel or Environmental Label according to TCVN ISO/TS 14027

+ Equivalent certificates/labels are issued by international organizations and countries that have signed mutual recognition agreements with Vietnam.

BIDV always accompanies, supports and encourages businesses in the green sector to develop sustainably.

By participating in the loan package to serve production and business needs in the green sector, customers will enjoy interest rates from only 7%/year for loans with terms of less than 6 months; or from 8%/year for loans from 6 months to 12 months.

Implementation period: From now until December 31, 2023 or until the credit package runs out.

Preferential loan packages for production and business for all customers

BIDV is implementing a preferential loan package of VND 50,000 billion for individual customers who need to borrow capital for production and business purposes in all fields, from now until May 31, 2023 (or until the package runs out).

Attractive interest rates and flexible terms as follows: only from 7.5%/year for loans with terms under 06 months and from 8.5%/year for loans from 06 months to 12 months.

In addition to the preferential loan packages mentioned above, customers can "Online mortgage loan" from savings account on BIDV SmartBanking application. Fast disbursement time, limit up to 3 billion VND/customer.
