This is an activity of profound cultural and traditional significance to the nation, on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's death anniversary and the 55th anniversary of implementing his Testament (1969-2024).
Respectfully offering incense and flowers at House 67, Hanoi city leaders expressed their infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of the Party and nation, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, the national liberation hero, and world cultural celebrity.

President Ho Chi Minh devoted his whole life to the country and the people, wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and the people. He is a symbol and a shining example of revolutionary ethics of "diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality and selflessness". Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style have shaped the Ho Chi Minh career and the Ho Chi Minh era, the most brilliant and glorious era in the history of the Vietnamese nation.
During his lifetime, Uncle Ho always paid special attention to the capital Hanoi. He once advised: “The whole country looks to our capital. The world looks to our capital. We must all strive to maintain order and security, making our capital a peaceful, beautiful, and healthy capital both physically and mentally.”

In front of the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the leaders of Hanoi city vow to continue to study and follow his ideology, morality and style, promote the tradition of solidarity, joint efforts, unanimity, determination with the highest will to continue to well implement Uncle Ho's Testament, successfully complete the Resolution of the 17th Congress of the City Party Committee, contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; build the capital Hanoi to be truly "Cultured - Civilized - Modern", truly worthy of being the national political - administrative nerve center, the heart of the whole country; a major center of economy, culture, education and training, science and technology and international integration.
House 67 is where President Ho Chi Minh both received medical treatment and worked. This is also where he breathed his last and passed away at 9:47 a.m. on September 2, 1969 (July 21, Ky Dau year). Before passing away, President Ho Chi Minh left the Party and the nation his sacred Testament, an important historical document, the crystallization of his ideology, culture, intelligence, morality and noble soul.
