In his closing speech, Major General Do Thanh Phong, Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department, emphasized that the training contents over the past month have closely followed the set goals and requirements, focusing on exchanging and researching the position, role, significance, content, form, and methods of conducting mass mobilization work of the army in participating in building the grassroots political system, coordinating activities with socio-political organizations, mass mobilization activities in ethnic and religious areas, mass mobilization work in participating in protecting sovereignty and border security; raising awareness of the importance of printing activities, introducing production processes, the development of technology in design, prepress, offset printing machine operation techniques... contributing to improving productivity and quality, meeting the requirements of printing tasks in the new situation.

According to Major General Do Thanh Phong, the training program flexibly applied forms and methods, combining focused exchanges with self-study, theoretical research with experience exchange, and practical learning at some basic units of the Vietnam People's Army. Assessing the training course as a great success, in accordance with the program and plan, Major General Do Thanh Phong requested the Lao People's Army officers to continue to study and appropriately apply the training contents to the practical situation and requirements of the Lao People's Army's tasks.

Colonel Be Hai Trieu, Deputy Director of the Department of Mass Mobilization, presented certificates of completion of training in mass mobilization work to officers of the Lao People's Army.

For his part, Lieutenant Colonel Vanxay Yahongthong, Deputy Director of the Department of Base Construction (General Department of Politics of the Lao People's Army) affirmed that the training course has provided useful knowledge to help Lao People's Army officers improve their professional qualifications and skills, and at the same time understand more about the country, people and culture of Vietnam. Lieutenant Colonel Vanxay Yahongthong said that the success of the training course contributed to strengthening the solidarity and closeness between the armies of Vietnam and Laos.
