(CLO) On February 17, at Quang Trung Secondary School (Trung Son Ward, Tam Diep City, Ninh Binh Province), Giao Thong Newspaper in coordination with Ninh Binh Province Traffic Safety Committee and Tam Diep City Traffic Safety Committee awarded 42 scholarships to 42 students who are relatives of traffic accident victims.
At the award ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Giao Thong Newspaper, expressed his deep sympathy for the difficult circumstances that the students are facing. He hopes that the students will soon overcome obstacles and strive to excel in their studies. He believes that with their will and determination, the students will achieve excellent results, become good children, good students, and useful citizens for society.

Mr. Thang also emphasized that the care and encouragement from family, school and the whole society are extremely important to help children firmly step on the path of education. In particular, Mr. Thang also sent a message to parents and students about strictly following traffic laws. He called on everyone to raise their sense of responsibility when participating in traffic, comply with speed regulations, wear helmets, do not drink alcohol while driving, and always give way and help others. He believes that only when everyone has a sense of self-awareness and responsibility can we build a safe and civilized traffic environment.
Mr. Dao Khanh Duong, Principal of Quang Trung Secondary School, expressed his deep honor when Tam Diep City chose the school as the venue for this meaningful scholarship awarding ceremony. Mr. Duong shared that in this scholarship awarding session, Quang Trung Secondary School has 4 students who are relatives of traffic accident victims. They all have extremely difficult family circumstances and need the attention and help of the community. The 42 scholarships awarded by Giao Thong Newspaper are extremely valuable gifts, timely encouragement and motivation for the students to overcome adversity and strive to excel in their studies.
