(NLDO) - Inspection delegations for the Government Party Committee and the National Assembly Party Committee will inspect many contents, including summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW.
On February 20, the Inspection Delegation of the Politburo and the Secretariat held a Conference to announce the decisions to establish inspection delegations in 2025 for the Government Party Committee and the National Assembly Party Committee.

Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Government Party Committee, Prime Minister, Head of Inspection Team No. 1908 (inspection team with the National Assembly Party Committee); Mr. Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly, Head of Inspection Team No. 1910 (inspection team with the Government Party Committee), co-chaired the conference.
At the conference, the inspection delegations of the Politburo and the Secretariat announced Decision No. 1910 on establishing inspection delegation, Inspection Plan for the Government Party Committee and Decision No. 1908 on establishing inspection delegation, Inspection Plan for the National Assembly Party Committee.
According to the announced decisions and plans, the inspection aims to grasp the situation, inspect, urge and guide a number of key work topics in 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat.
The inspection content focuses on the following issues: The summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18, associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees; the organization of the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 adjusting and supplementing some contents of Directive 35.
The inspection teams will focus on thoroughly grasping and implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; the implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more.

Speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man pointed out that relevant agencies need to thoroughly grasp and fully implement the purposes, requirements, and contents of the Central regulations and instructions, ensuring compliance with time requirements; closely following the content and requirements of inspections according to the Politburo's plan.
At the same time, the inspection must ensure democracy, objectivity, seriousness, efficiency, practicality, avoid formality, and comply with the Party's principles and regulations and the inspection process of the Politburo and Secretariat.
Heads of inspection teams note that the inspection and exchange process must be truly objective, frank, complete, and accurate, promoting the sense of self-criticism and criticism of inspected party organizations; reports must be accurate, objective, concise, general, focused, and clear.
The inspected units are required to closely coordinate, facilitate, and provide complete and timely records and documents during the inspection process. Proactively arrange appropriate working time for the inspection team to successfully complete the assigned tasks. Party committees under the inspected Party organizations promptly conduct self-inspections and report on the summary as required by the Inspection Team.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man requested the inspection team to focus on research, fully perform assigned responsibilities; monitor and actively participate in contributing frank opinions, ensuring the inspection is substantive and in accordance with regulations.
