Announcement of the decision to establish inspection teams for the Government Party Committee and the National Assembly Party Committee

On February 20, in Hanoi, the Inspection Delegation of the Politburo and the Secretariat held a conference to announce the decisions to establish inspection delegations in 2025 for the Government Party Committee and the National Assembly Party Committee.

At the conference, the inspection delegations of the Politburo and the Secretariat announced Decision No. 1910 on establishing inspection delegation, Inspection Plan for the Government Party Committee and Decision No. 1908 on establishing inspection delegation, Inspection Plan for the National Assembly Party Committee.

The inspection aims to grasp the situation, inspect, urge and guide a number of key work topics in 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat.

The inspection content focuses on the following issues: The summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18, associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees; the organization of the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive 35; thoroughly implementing and organizing the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; implementing Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more.

Speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man pointed out that relevant agencies need to thoroughly grasp and fully implement the purposes, requirements, and contents of the Central regulations and instructions, ensuring the correct time requirements; closely following the content and requirements of the inspection according to the Politburo's plan.

The inspection must ensure democracy, objectivity, seriousness, efficiency, practicality, avoid formality, and comply with the principles and regulations of the Party and the inspection process of the Politburo and the Secretariat; the inspection and exchange process must be truly objective, frank, complete, and accurate, promoting the sense of self-criticism and criticism of the inspected Party organizations; the reports must be accurate, objective, concise, general, focused, and clear.

The final result is that after inspection, the advantages, results, limitations, and shortcomings (if any) of the Party Committees regarding the inspection contents are correctly assessed; new issues are discovered, creative and effective ways of doing things are synthesized, obstacles, difficulties, and slow work are summarized; especially recommendations and proposals are made to relevant agencies to promptly lead, direct, guide, and resolve arising difficulties and problems, replicate good, creative, and effective models and practices; ensure that Party organizations fully and deeply grasp the major policies of the Party, the Politburo, and the Secretariat and organize unified implementation, achieving the set goals and requirements.

The inspected units closely coordinate, facilitate, and provide complete and timely records and documents during the inspection process; proactively arrange appropriate working hours for the inspection team to successfully complete the assigned tasks. The Party Committees under the inspected Party organizations promptly conduct self-inspections and report on the summary as requested by the Inspection Team.
