The press plays a very important role. Journalists and reporters are the ones who provide the most authentic information to readers. Official newspapers are always trusted by young cadres and party members to read and grasp information.

At the National Assembly, the press has done a good job of providing information. The way of reporting news in the parliament hall is no longer sensational, clickbait, or likebaiting.

Journalism is a dangerous profession, for example, with major cases such as anti-corruption, the press plays an important role in providing information, along with the police force and functional units carrying out their duties. Therefore, in the coming time, there should be more specific regulations in the law to protect journalists. Currently, there are quite a few documents and regulations on protecting the press during their work.

I always support the work of reporters in the parliament. Through the press, National Assembly deputies can convey their messages to voters or supervisors in the fastest and most effective way... The Press Law and sub-law documents have very specific regulations on the activities of journalists. These include specific regulations on the responsibility of units, localities and people to cooperate and protect the press when journalists are working. However, there are organizations and units that have not been able to do so. Here and there, when the press comes to work, they are still not allowed in or received. And when there are incidents of assault on journalists, law enforcement agencies are slow to intervene. It is recommended that law enforcement agencies protect journalists when they are working at all times and places.

The press at the National Assembly has been doing very well, bringing positive solutions to a large number of voters. However, the 4th industrial revolution, with the emergence of digital platforms, requires that in addition to accuracy, the press needs to be more responsive.

Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung once answered questions related to digital platforms and e-commerce. In addition to increasing content, the press needs technical solutions to increase the density of official information appearing on platforms for voters to access more easily.

The contents discussed by delegates at the National Assembly are all actively and comprehensively reported to voters by the press agencies. This helps voters receive official, positive news and activities of delegates at the parliament.

In my opinion, the relationship between the press and National Assembly deputies is a two-way, close relationship. National Assembly deputies, through the press, grasp hot issues that voters are interested in. From there, they discuss, propose policies, build and amend the system.

The success of the National Assembly sessions has an indispensable contribution from information and propaganda work. The National Assembly continues to demonstrate the spirit of innovation, resolutely acting for the benefit of the people, always worrying and listening to the opinions and aspirations of voters and the people to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for the people and businesses.

Through the press, voters nationwide have a better understanding of the activities of the National Assembly, the spirit of the National Assembly and its deputies.
