The journey to the baking profession of Ms. Dang Thi Bich Dung (born in 2001, residing in Ward 1, Tan An City , Long An Province) began when she graduated from high school. Giving up the university door, she chose her own path of pursuing a career in baking. For Ms. Dung, learning to bake and opening a shop has been a cherished dream since she was a student.

Ms. Dung shared: "After graduating, I decided to learn and attend direct courses to learn the profession. Initially, the cakes I made were just simple products according to available templates. Gradually, I began to explore, create and make new types of cakes with diverse designs. I also learned more through self-study baking groups on social networks. For me, doing the job I love is truly a joy and happiness. Baking is a process of continuous learning and knowledge accumulation."

Initially, due to lack of capital, Ms. Dung decided to start an online cake business. Taking advantage of the spread of social networks, she came up with ideas to introduce her products; at the same time, she could advise customers, make cakes, deliver goods, and receive customer feedback.

“When I first started my business, I also encountered many difficulties, but as long as I try a little harder every day and don't give up, any difficulty will pass,” said Ms. Dung.

To make a delicious, high-quality fresh cream cake, Ms. Dung shared: "In addition to knowledge about flour and ingredients, I also have to constantly be creative to decorate eye-catching and update the latest cake trends. The most important thing is to choose ingredients to ensure food safety."

With her dedication to work, she gradually built up a stable customer base. In addition, she also constantly learned and made many new types of cakes such as salted egg sponge cake, corn cream cake, chrysanthemum bread,... to expand her business model.

Currently, Ms. Dung has a dream bakery that is growing, bringing in a stable income; at the same time, gradually affirming her success on the path of starting a business.

Graduating with honors in International Business from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education, Dang Nguyen Hong Ngoc (born in 2003, residing in Thuan My commune, Chau Thanh district) feels happy to have chosen the right major and career.

Ngoc said that, right from when she was still in school, she soon oriented her future path. Unlike many of her peers, Ngoc not only chose a major or career based on her personal interests but also proactively researched and learned about the labor market to ensure suitability and development potential.

I believe that with my efforts and passion, I will achieve greater success in the future" - Ngoc said.
