Russian President Vladimir Putin
The current head of state, Vladimir Putin, was the first to file his candidacy for the December 18, 2023 election, and the Russian Central Election Commission has confirmed the politician's participation.

At the LDPR Congress on December 19, L. Slutsky was unanimously nominated as the party's candidate for the presidential election. The Liberal Democratic Party is now the second political party in the country.

Candidate Nikolai Kharitonov (Communist Party of the Russian Federation)

Vladislav Davankov (New People's Party)
