The Ha Long 2025 Climate Art Program with the theme For the Future of the Earth includes many activities lasting from February 20 to June 28, in Ha Long City (Quang Ninh). The event promises to have the participation of hundreds of European billionaires.
According to information from the organizers, this is a special cultural, tourism, media and artistic event held for the first time in Vietnam, with the goal of raising public awareness and action on environmental protection and responding to climate change on a global scale.
At the same time, the event also contributes to honoring and promoting the value of the world natural heritage of Ha Long Bay, as well as the values of national and world intangible cultural heritage.
Speaking at the press conference, Mr. Vu Minh Ly - Deputy Director of the Communication Center, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment - hopes that each small action of each person in the Ha Long 2025 Art for Climate program, when gathered together, will bring great values, create motivation and promote energy conversion, reduce emissions, towards common climate goals globally and in Vietnam.

The program is a series of activities divided into 3 phases. Phase 1 includes: event announcement, art exhibition, auction to raise funds for environmental protection and heritage conservation.
Phase 2 lasts for 3 months: online art competition "Future on earth", discussion to raise awareness of environmental protection, competition to invent tools and machines to recycle waste.
Finally, the main activities of the program include: the opening ceremony of the Ha Long 2025 Arts for Climate Festival, a scientific conference on global climate change, activities to clean up the marine environment, tree planting - creating a "billionaire garden"...
In which, tree planting activities - creating "billionaire gardens" will be planted by businessmen and influential people in the world to create souvenirs to attract tourists, spreading the message of planting trees and protecting the Earth.
The World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay was chosen to host this year’s Arts for Climate Festival because of its unique and highly symbolic location. Ha Long Bay is also home to an ecosystem that is threatened by climate change and human pressure.
The Ha Long Bay Management Board has surveyed a number of islands and beautiful beaches that still retain their pristine beauty in order to create unique and distinct products to serve the increasing number of high-end, super-luxury, and billionaire tourists who are coming to Ha Long.
