Recently, a clip appeared on social media recording the image of 4 young men riding 2 motorbikes continuously swinging, causing traffic safety problems on Nhat Tan Bridge (Hanoi).
On June 14, speaking with VietNamNet, Mr. VT (the person who filmed the clip) said that while he was driving on Nhat Tan Bridge (from Tay Ho District to Dong Anh District), he saw two motorbikes running at high speed, continuously weaving, posing a potential risk of a traffic accident.
"At around 12:00 on June 12, I saw them continuously swinging on Nhat Tan bridge, moving from Vo Chi Cong street to Dong Anh district.
These four young men swerved from the motorbike lane to the car lane and vice versa. When they did it, the young men laughed happily," VT recounted.

According to Mr. VT, after many times of weaving, at the middle of Nhat Tan bridge, one of the vehicles in this group fell and collided with a woman riding a motorbike in the same direction.
"When I saw such dangerous behavior, I felt scared and feared an accident would happen to me, so I proactively drove slowly behind.
I am very indignant when witnessing the violations of these young men, I hope the authorities will intervene and handle it," Mr. VT shared.

Watching the clip on social networks, many people expressed outrage.
Mr. Dang Minh Thang said that Nhat Tan bridge allows vehicles to travel at high speed, so young people driving in a zigzag manner like that is very dangerous.
"I hope the authorities will take serious action to serve as a deterrent to other young people," Thang wrote.
Ms. Nguyen Huyen said that currently, students are on summer vacation, many of them lack family supervision so they take dangerous behaviors such as swinging and doing wheelies on motorbikes as a form of entertainment.
"Families need to pay attention and manage properly, and not give vehicles to students who are not old enough to drive," Ms. Huyen stated her opinion.
