Yen Bai trains on circulars regulating vehicle registration procedures

Yen Bai - On the morning of August 10, the Provincial Police Department held the opening ceremony of a training conference on circulars regulating vehicle registration procedures for 150 police officers and soldiers working on vehicle registration procedures in localities across the province.

Within 5 days, the trainees will be informed of some new points of Circular No. 24/2023/TT-BCA dated July 1, 2023 regulating the issuance, revocation, registration, and license plates of road motor vehicles; online vehicle registration process; vehicle registration declaration on the National Public Service Portal, the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service Portal; registration for identification license plates; registration of auction-winning license plates; responsibilities of vehicle registration agencies, vehicle registration officers; management level for using vehicle registration accounts...; theoretical guidance on using vehicle registration and management software on computers; answering difficulties and problems in the process of vehicle registration and management...

At the end of the training course, the Organizing Committee will conduct an inspection, evaluate the results and propose the Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security to issue a Certificate of using vehicle registration software to qualified officers and soldiers participating in the training.

Traffic Police - Order Team, Yen Bai City Police check documents of vehicle owners who violate traffic laws

The Traffic Police Department, Yen Bai Provincial Police announced the Plan to implement regular patrol, control and violation handling on the assigned routes and areas.

On the morning of August 15, together with the police force nationwide, Yen Bai Provincial Police organized a launching ceremony to implement the Plan for General Control of Passenger Transport Vehicles and Container Freight Vehicles and the Plan to ensure traffic order and safety in the last 5 months of 2023.

Three passenger buses collided on Highway 1, passing through Dong Hoa town (Phu Yen), causing serious damage to two vehicles. The accident did not cause any casualties.

Traffic Police Force, Van Yen District Police (Yen Bai) made a record to handle the group of young people.

The traffic police and order force of Van Yen District Police arrested and handled 14 young men who were speeding and swerving on motorbikes, causing traffic safety problems.
