A woman was fined for posting online to "report" traffic police on duty.

Accordingly, through the work of grasping the situation on cyberspace, Huong Khe District Police (Ha Tinh) discovered a case of using a personal Facebook account to post information about the activities of the working group of the District Police Traffic Police.

Immediately afterwards, the District Police Security Team coordinated with Phu Gia Commune Police to investigate and identify the violator as Ms. NTN (born in 1991, residing in Phu Gia Commune).

At Huong Khe District Police, Ms. NTN admitted to her act of announcing the traffic control patrol activities of the police force on Facebook to let everyone know, avoiding inspection, control, and handling by law enforcement agencies.

Huong Khe District Police (Ha Tinh) has issued a decision to administratively sanction and fine Ms. NTN 7.5 million VND for "Collecting, processing and using information of other organizations and individuals without consent or for purposes other than those prescribed by law", according to Point e, Clause 3, Article 102, Decree 15/2020/ND-CP.
