After launching its first service center in Vietnam at the end of 2020, Xiaomi has continued to grow and officially surpassed the milestone of 95 centers (including warranty centers for TVs, phones and other smart devices) after just over 2 years. This is a significant effort to better serve Xiaomi's rapidly growing number of users in Vietnam.
Pursuing the philosophy of being friends with consumers, the new warranty center will continue to be a space for Xiaomi Mifan in particular and Xiaomi users in general to come to take care of Xiaomi products as well as explore the entire Xiaomi ecosystem while waiting for their devices to be serviced.
Sharing about the new warranty center, Mr. Patrick Chou - General Director of Xiaomi Vietnam said: "The trust and support of Xiaomi Mifans is an important driving force for Xiaomi to achieve the success it has today. With the emergence of more and more warranty centers across the country, we hope that users will have more space to experience and take care of their devices in the best way".
In May 2022, Xiaomi became the second largest smartphone manufacturer in the Vietnamese market with 22% market share (according to statistics from market analysis company Canalys). The company achieved 67% growth and is the unit with the most impressive growth rate in the Top 5 domestic phone manufacturers. Along with that success, the number of Xiaomi Vietnam warranty centers nationwide has also continuously increased.
To date, Xiaomi has 65 warranty centers for TV products and 30 warranty centers for phones and other smart devices.
The newly launched warranty center in Hanoi is just one of eight centers that Xiaomi plans to open in Vietnam in 2023. The next centers are expected to be located in Da Nang, Binh Duong, Nam Dinh, Nghe An, Hai Phong, Dong Nai...
