DNVN - From 3:00 p.m. on November 21, gasoline prices continued to be adjusted down compared to current retail prices. In particular, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by 109 VND/liter to 19,343 VND/liter.

During the operating period on November 21, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance decided not to set aside or use the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for all products.

Accordingly, E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by 109 VND/liter to 19,343 VND/liter, RON 95 III gasoline decreased by 79 VND/liter to a new price of 20,528 VND/liter.

From 3:00 p.m. on November 21, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by VND 109/liter to VND 19,343/liter.

While fuel oil increased by VND5/kg to VND16,014/kg, diesel oil and kerosene decreased by VND64 and VND67/liter, respectively, to new prices of VND18,509/liter and VND18,921/liter.

Thus, since the beginning of the year, gasoline prices have increased 22 times and decreased 24 times; oil prices have increased 20 times and decreased 26 times.

According to the regulator, the world oil market from November 14 to 20 was affected by factors such as: China's economic stimulus plan did not meet investors' expectations, the conflict in the Middle East continued, the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine showed signs of escalation... Therefore, the world oil price in recent days has increased and decreased depending on each product.
