The People's Committee of Quoc Oai district (Hanoi) said that the fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue police force of the district police and the on-site fire fighting force of Quoc Oai town promptly coordinated to extinguish the fire at the Quoc Oai High-Quality Vaccination Center.
At around 9:18 p.m. on September 15, a fire broke out at the Quoc Oai High-Quality Vaccination Center, located on Phu Quoc Street, Quoc Oai Town. The fire quickly spread smoke and gas, engulfing the entire house.

After discovering the fire, local residents and fire fighting forces promptly evacuated people and objects from the fire; mobilized fire fighting equipment; and notified the fire fighting force.
At the same time, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police of Quoc Oai District Police mobilized 1 command vehicle, 2 fire trucks, and 14 officers and soldiers to the scene, quickly approaching to perform their duties. The fire was controlled and extinguished a few minutes later. Due to timely detection and handling, there were no human casualties; property damage was insignificant.
Thus, from September 12 to 16, there were 3 fires in the city. The most serious was on the night of September 12 and early morning of September 13, when a particularly serious fire occurred at the mini apartment building at No. 37, Alley 29/70, Khuong Ha Street, Khuong Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District.
Then, at around 2:30 p.m. on September 13, a fire suddenly broke out on Ly Nam De Street, Hoan Kiem District. At that time, activities on Ly Nam De Street were bustling, thanks to the activation of the Inter-family Fire Prevention and Fighting Team, many residents mobilized fire extinguishers to rush in and put out the fire.
Upon receiving the news, Hoan Kiem District Police quickly mobilized technical equipment, officers and soldiers to the scene and extinguished the fire immediately. Initial information shows that the fire did not cause any human casualties. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
