On the evening of December 4, regarding the case of 3 deaths at a private home in Cai Nuoc District (Ca Mau), the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police announced that they were temporarily detaining Bui Vu Khoa (23 years old, residing in Gia Rai Town, Bac Lieu Province) - the suspect who committed the murder. Suspect Khoa is the second husband of the homeowner's daughter (Khoa is 15 years younger than his wife).

At the police station, Khoa initially stated that because he lived with his wife's family, there were many conflicts between the two sides. The conflict culminated last week when Khoa strangled his mother-in-law and wife to death, then used a weapon to kill his father-in-law.

In addition, the suspect also confessed that after killing his wife's entire family, he stole his father-in-law's money and fled.

At around 5:15 p.m. today, Khoa was arrested while hiding in Dinh Binh commune, Ca Mau city.

As reported, at around 1:30 p.m. today, the daughter of Mr. PVS (69 years old, residing in Lang Cung hamlet, Thanh Phu commune), Ms. PTV (37 years old, residing in ward 6, Ca Mau city) returned home to visit her family.

Upon arriving, Ms. V. found the house locked and detected a foul odor inside. Suspecting something was wrong, Ms. V. called her neighbors to break down the door to check.

Here, everyone was shocked to discover that Mr. PVS had died in the bedroom, and Ms. PLK (38 years old, Mr. S.'s daughter, currently pregnant, expected to give birth in about 7 days) had died in the next room. Ms. TTG (68 years old, Mr. S.'s wife) was found dead in the back garden.

Authorities in Ca Mau province have identified the three people who died at their home. Notably, among the victims was a pregnant woman who was due to give birth in 7 days.
