On the afternoon of October 8, information from Tu Du Hospital (HCMC) said that this hospital had just successfully performed a cesarean section to deliver twins for the pregnant woman NTT.

Specifically, at 2:00 a.m. on October 7, Ms. T.'s water broke, so her family immediately took her to the hospital for examination and admission procedures.

After being examined by the doctor on duty, the ultrasound showed that the health of both mother and baby were stable. The doctor explained to the couple the condition of the fetus and the most appropriate intervention method to welcome their two angels: a cesarean section.

At dawn on October 7, Ms. T. was directly operated on by specialist doctor 2 Tran Ngoc Hai, Director of Tu Du Hospital.

After the surgery, Ms. T. and her husband were overwhelmed with emotion when they held their two children for the first time.

Ms. T. said that she got married quite late, at the age of 44, and her husband was 46. After getting married, knowing that the chance of having a child naturally was very rare, they went to reproductive support centers to be examined and consulted on reproductive support measures to find a chance to get pregnant.

For about 3 years, Ms. T. sought treatment in many places for infertility by injecting sperm into the uterus and twice using in vitro fertilization techniques, but both were unsuccessful.

Then, in early 2023, they went to Tu Du Hospital to continue the in vitro fertilization technique and this time the result smiled on them. The joy doubled when the result was dichorionic and diamniotic twins.

"After many years of waiting for children, we finally have two healthy children. I am very touched," said Mr. H. (Ms. T.'s husband).
