Deployment and putting into use This CIH - Vietbank Binh An Card is part of the digital transformation strategy, optimizing the customer experience of Vietbank and CIH; at the same time, implementing the policy of the Government and the Ministry of Health on implementing cashless payment solutions for medical services.
Accordingly, Binh An CIH - Vietbank card is a Napas prepaid card, a chip card with integrated Contactless payment technology, allowing customers to make contactless payment transactions at POS.
When registering to use the Binh An CIH - Vietbank Card, customers will receive a free first medical examination for the cardholder, a 7% discount on service fees for the cardholder and relatives, free card issuance and annual fees, free payment account opening and minimum maintenance balance, free VB 4.0 account and registration fees for digital banking services... In particular, the first 500 customers who successfully register for the Binh An CIH - Vietbank Card will receive a cashback of up to 400,000 VND when paying for medical examination and treatment costs at CIH. In addition to the above incentives, customers can easily use the card to perform other transactions such as: paying for medical examination and treatment costs at CIH; purchasing goods and services at supermarkets, stores... at more than 1 million card acceptance points in the country; online shopping, paying bills online on e-commerce sites; checking balances, withdrawing cash at ATMs...
With the CIH - Vietbank Peace Card, customers do not need to use cash during the medical examination. Customers only need to present the Card, all medical examination and treatment costs will be automatically deducted from the Card. To register to use the card, customers only need to go to the Vietbank Consulting Area at CIH, or Vietbank Branches/Transaction Offices nationwide to deposit money into the card depending on their needs.
In order to improve service quality and provide maximum support to patients and their families when participating in medical examination and treatment, in addition to arranging a Consulting Area to welcome, open Cards and support customers, Vietbank also installed ATMs at City International Hospital so that customers can change PIN codes, check balances, and withdraw cash when needed.
