It is no coincidence that in recent years, Hoa Lo Prison has become an attractive destination not only for international tourists but also for many young people in Hanoi. There was a time when 'going to Hoa Lo' became a 'trend' for the capital's youth.

In addition to organizing many attractive exhibitions and creating many interesting tourism products such as Sacred Night, Hoa Lo Prison Relic is especially popular with young visitors because of its very good service quality.
Right from the door, guests are warmly welcomed with free parking. In sunny weather, the motorbike seats are thoughtfully covered with cool towels by security guards.
From the way political prisoners often called each other when imprisoned behind bars of Hoa Lo Prison, the unit created the form of stamping "Dong song" for visitors to take photos as souvenirs.
The receptionist explained in detail to visitors the meaning of the "Dong Song" sign. This activity created an impression and received positive response from many visitors, especially young people and family members.
To express gratitude and respect for the tour guide team, since May 2024, the unit has maintained giving each tour guide who brings visitors to the relic a bottle of cool mineral water every day.
According to the relic management board, this activity has touched the emotions of the tour guides. Every time they lead visitors in the hot weather to Hoa Lo Prison Relic, receiving a bottle of cool water, the tour guides are excited and enthusiastic in explaining and conveying the historical value of Hoa Lo Prison Relic to domestic and international visitors.
On the occasion of holidays and anniversaries in 2024, the unit will open and launch 7 thematic exhibitions at relics, and coordinate to organize 3 mobile thematic exhibitions in a number of provinces and cities across the country.
Every month, we organize exchanges between historical witnesses, former political prisoners, and organizations, agencies, and units in the capital to propagate and educate the younger generation about revolutionary traditions and patriotism.
The area inside and outside the relic is clean and fully furnished with shady trees.
In 2024, the unit was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Hanoi People's Committee for its achievements in the movement "Cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers compete to practice office and public culture", along with other certificates of merit.
