Speaking to reporters, Mr. Le Dinh Quyet, Head of the Forecast Department of the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, said that heavy rain in Ho Chi Minh City from this afternoon will last until 7 p.m.
"Due to the impact of the low pressure area in the East Sea (weakened by storm No. 10), combined with the strengthening cold air, the rain in Ho Chi Minh City will last until about 7 p.m.," Mr. Quyet explained.

According to the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, in the next few hours, thunderstorms will continue to develop, causing showers, accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning.
Rainfall is forecast to generally range from 5-20 mm, with some places over 30 mm. During thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes, hail and strong gusts of wind of about level 5-7 (8-17m/s), heavy rain causing localized flooding.
