The heritage includes 48 Han and Nom documents owned by three families: Nguyen Huy, Tran Van and Hoang in Truong Luu village, old Truong Loc commune, now Kim Song Truong commune, Can Loc district.
These include 26 royal decrees conferring titles during the Le and Nguyen dynasties; 19 administrative documents from the local government sent to Truong Luu village during the Nguyen dynasty; and 3 scrolls presented to individuals on the occasion of longevity and graduation celebrations. Researchers consider these to be unique documents, valuable in many fields of cultural, educational, historical, and ethnological research.

After the ceremony, at 9:30 a.m., the authorities brought the certificate of recognition of the Documentary Heritage from Ha Tinh City to the Truong Luu Cultural Heritage Conservation Center in Kim Song Truong Commune. This place is currently preserving two other World Memory Documentary Heritages, the Hoang Hoa Su Trinh Do and the Phuc Giang School Woodblocks.
World Documentary Heritage, also known as UNESCO's Memory of the World Program, was established in 1994 to record documentary cultural heritage around the world, which can be books, films, photos, audio tapes, autographs... The Han Nom documents of Truong Luu village were recognized as Documentary Heritage last November.
Vietnam currently has nine recognized documentary heritages, including three world-class heritages (Nguyen Dynasty woodblocks, stone steles of the doctoral examinations of the Le and Mac dynasties, and Nguyen Dynasty administrative records) and six Asia-Pacific heritages (Hoang Hoa Su Trinh Do, woodblocks of Buddhist scriptures of Truc Lam Zen sect of Vinh Nghiem pagoda, poems and literature on Hue royal architecture, Phuc Giang school woodblocks, Truong Luu Han Nom documents, and Ma Nhai stele).
