iHanoi app adds many new features

Just turn on the GPS on your phone, iHanoi will automatically determine your location and display a list of locations that can provide guidance on the nearest administrative procedures.

To help people easily access public services, iHanoi provides an additional feature of directions to the selected location. Through the map, users will receive the most detailed and accurate directions, helping to save time and effort in traveling.

Regarding usage, people open the iHanoi application on their phones and go to "DVC performance locations". Then, use the location search feature or turn on GPS to determine your location and select the location you want, click on directions for detailed instructions.

In addition, according to the City Public Administration Service Center, the Hanoi People's Committee is about to launch an "Open Science and Technology Forum" on the iHanoi platform to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU of the Politburo and Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of the Government on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

The forum will be a space for exchange and connection between people, the community of scientists, businesses, start-up organizations, educational, training and research institutions and other social organizations.
