The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the units building the report need to review and re-evaluate the socio-economic development indicators, especially comparing them with the entire term to see the efforts and participation of the entire political system. At the same time, supplement and carefully evaluate the following contents: Forest planting, increasing forest cover; social security policies, activities to prepare for the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory; administrative reform, digital transformation, activities of commune-level electronic information pages; and the rearrangement of some district-level public service units. In particular, clarify the subjective and objective causes leading to the results of some goals and targets not being achieved. For 2024, it is necessary to clearly forecast the economic context to set appropriate and realistic economic growth targets.
