(PLVN) - The code of conduct for building a "civilized - friendly - clean" city culture in the 2024 Thanh Tuyen Festival was issued in both Vietnamese and English.
The 2024 Intangible Cultural Heritage Performance Festival and Thanh Tuyen Festival will be held from August 31 to September 15 in Tuyen Quang.

In order to bring good impressions to tourists, Tuyen Quang City People's Committee has just issued a code of conduct to build Tuyen Quang city culture "civilized - friendly - clean" in Tuyen Quang City Festival 2024.
The full and shortened codes of conduct are both developed in Vietnamese and English, and include general codes of conduct and 10 messages.
For tourists: “Civilized - Friendly - Responsible”. For organizations and individuals doing tourism business: “Professional - Quality”.
For travel agencies “Prestige - Quality”. For tour guides “Warmth - Enthusiasm - Friendliness”.
For tourist accommodation facilities “Clean - Polite - Professional”. For tourist transport units “Safe - Friendly - Professional”.
For restaurants and food service establishments: “Hygiene, safety - Civilization - Friendliness - Professionalism”. For shopping destinations serving tourists: “Reputation - Quality - Friendliness”.
For tourist attractions, “Clean - Attractive - Unique - Friendly” tourist attractions.
For the community of "Hospitality - Civilization - Friendly".

Mr. Tran Viet Cuong, Chairman of Tuyen Quang City People's Committee, said that in order to implement the project of renovating the organization of Thanh Tuyen Festival and to ensure that the Festival of intangible cultural heritage and Thanh Tuyen Festival in 2024 take place safely, creating a deep impression on visitors, the city has developed a plan to implement 12 response activities, and at the same time, built a Code of Conduct to build the culture of Tuyen Quang City "Civilized - Friendly - Clean and beautiful".
According to Mr. Cuong, up to now, all cultural and tourism service establishments in the central wards have posted a code of conduct in Vietnamese and English. Along with that, improving service quality, publicly posting prices, service prices and committing not to raise prices, ensuring a civilized, polite and hospitable attitude and lifestyle.
It is known that 2024 is the 20th year that Tuyen Quang people have maintained and developed Thanh Tuyen Festival, a unique, special and largest Mid-Autumn Festival in the country. Thanh Tuyen Festival has set three Guinness Vietnam records including "Mid-Autumn Festival with the largest number of lantern models in Vietnam"; "Largest Mid-Autumn Festival tray in Vietnam"; "Largest pair of lanterns in Vietnam".
