The seminar aims to affirm the comprehensive leadership and direction of the Communist Party of Vietnam in general on youth work in particular; continue to affirm and promote the role of youth in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, strengthening the trust and sense of responsibility of youth towards the Party; build a team of young Party members who are "both red and professional", worthy of being the Party's trusted reserve force.

Also on this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee commended 35 outstanding young party members who study and follow Uncle Ho. These are exemplary young party members with outstanding achievements in various fields. The program aims to spread the good values ​​of Tuyen Quang youth in the new era, creating motivation and encouraging young people to actively participate in revolutionary action movements of the Union and Association, patriotic emulation, actively train and experience, and constantly strive to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
