Before the spirit of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, the delegates vowed to unite, be determined, promote the revolutionary tradition and the socio-economic achievements gained after the years of renovation; continue to synchronously carry out tasks, build the provincial Party Committee increasingly clean and strong; successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels; strive to turn Hung Yen into a modern industrial province, with highly effective agriculture, developing rapidly and sustainably.
General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh is a shining example of the qualities of a communist: "loyal to the country, filial to the people", "diligent, thrifty, honest, upright, impartial", honest, modest, and simple.
During his lifetime, General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh was always concerned about the development of his homeland. During his years away, General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh visited his homeland many times, wrote letters, sent telegrams to inquire about and encourage cadres and people to unite and strive to build his homeland to develop more and more, leaving behind extremely deep feelings for cadres, party members and people.
