This is one of the activities to celebrate Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21), aiming to contribute to the implementation of the Party and State's guidelines and policies on developing reading culture; implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress on building and promoting cultural values ​​and Vietnamese strength. At the same time, affirming the position, role and importance of books in improving knowledge, skills, developing thinking, educating and training human personality; encouraging and developing reading habits in the community, creating a favorable reading environment; contributing to building a learning society, a society that encourages learning.
