The information was announced by Colonel Pham Van Tu, director of the Army Radio and Television Center, on the afternoon of April 10.

The North-South Appointment is a national commemorative program, chaired by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, and Hanoi City, directing the Army Radio and Television Center to implement.

The program is broadcast live on Vietnam National Defense Television channel, and rebroadcast on central and local television channels...

More than 12,000 audiences will sing together the song "North-South Promise"

Mr. Tu said that about 800 artists participating in the program will sing and dance on a magnificent 2,700m2 live stage. This is the largest political stage ever.

The highlight of the program is the 3D mapping projection technology projected onto the water screen, using soundscape surround sound.

With laser light, the program recreates beautiful, majestic images such as historical battles, troops marching across rivers, the legendary Truong Son road, tanks speeding into the Independence Palace, boats cutting through the waves on the Ben Hai River, the joyful scene of the day of national reunification...

Two tanks and a troop transport truck were also driven onto the stage.

The art performances were all elaborately choreographed, expressing the spirit of the whole nation, the promise of the whole nation to unify the country. The climax had more than 500 artists participating at the same time.

In addition to the revolutionary songs that have accompanied the years such as "Loi ca dang Bac", "Nhung anh sao dem", "Hay long nho me", "Dau com cho me di cach", "Duong toi di long theo dat nuoc", "Rung xanh rang tieng Ta lu", "Dat nuoc ton niem vui"... the program also has a new composition, dedicated to the program on this meaningful occasion.

That is the song North-South Promise by 9x musician Pham Hong Bien.

Mr. Pham Van Tu - the program's general director - had the idea that the artists singing this song would sing it in a model manner and then lead the 12,500 audience members to sing along to a part of this very easy-to-sing song, promising moments of explosive emotions.
