On July 19, Cuu Long University held a closing ceremony and awarded diplomas to 73 new masters of the first batch of 2024 in the fields of Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Construction Engineering, Vietnamese Literature and Food Technology.

Speaking at the ceremony, Distinguished Teacher, Associate Professor, Dr. Luong Minh Cu - Party Committee Secretary, Principal of the school - said that after 24 years of establishment, construction and development, Cuu Long University is becoming a highly prestigious university in the Mekong Delta region, a high-quality university and postgraduate training center, serving the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.
The school's training scale is increasing, currently there are more than 22,000 students. The staff and lecturers are more than 800 people, meeting the teaching needs of the school well.
Cuu Long University has just been permitted by the Ministry of Education and Training to open many new majors, such as: Master of Economic Management; Level 1 specialized majors in Nursing, Medical Imaging Technology, Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy.
In the near future, the school plans to open four doctoral training programs, including: Business Administration; Finance and Banking; Vietnamese Literature and Food Technology.
On behalf of the school's leadership, the President of Cuu Long University commended the achievements in study and research of the new masters of the training majors; at the same time, highly appreciated the efforts of the new masters.

Dr. Dang Thi Ngoc Lan, Vice Principal of Cuu Long University, awarded the diploma to the new master.
Dr. Vuong Bao Thy, Head of the Faculty of Health Sciences, awarded the diploma to the new master.
This time, 73/90 students (admitted in the first round, course 2022 - 2024) were eligible to receive their diplomas, a rate of 81.1%. Based on their academic results, Cuu Long University awarded 4 students who graduated as valedictorians, with high achievements in studying and training.
Cuu Long University has been permitted by the Ministry of Education and Training to train master's degrees since 2013. Up to now, the school is training 7 master's majors, including: Business Administration; Finance and Banking; Construction Engineering; Vietnamese Literature; Food Technology; Economic Law and Economic Management.

The total number of students admitted and enrolled from 2013 to present is 1,745 students. Of which, the total number of graduates is 1,012 students and the total number of students studying is 733 students.
