Regarding the admission method, according to Master Xuan Dung, the school still maintains 4 independent methods, including considering the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam (45% of the total quota), considering the results of the 2024 capacity assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University (5% of the quota), considering the transcript (50% of the quota) based on the average score of 3 subjects in grade 12 or based on the average score of 3 semesters (grade 11 and semester 1 of grade 12).
Candidates can register for admission in 8 periods: January 8 to March 31; April 1 to May 31; June 1 to June 30; July 1 to July 15; July 16 to July 31; August 1 to August 15; August 16 to August 31 and September 1 to September 15.
The school applies 4 subject combinations for each major. For majors with admission combinations including drawing aptitude (architecture, interior design, graphic design, fashion design, digital art, film and television technology) and musical aptitude (vocal music), candidates can take the exam organized by the school on June 15 and August 13, or submit exam results from other schools for admission consideration.
According to Master Xuan Dung, the school continues to have a policy of talent scholarships, support scholarships (worth 25-50-75-100% of full-course tuition); business scholarships (worth 30% of full-course tuition); education scholarships (worth 25% of full-course tuition); family scholarships (worth 5% of full-course tuition);
In addition, the “HUTECH Student Pride” scholarship is worth 50% of the first semester tuition fee for all candidates who register for admission within the prescribed time and are admitted to the school with their first choice; 25% of the first semester tuition fee for all candidates who register for admission within the prescribed time and are admitted to the school with their second and third choices.
